there is only space between the now and the then…
The Starseed Communion is an opportunity to create space in your life for movement, for creating, for dreaming! Whether you are making more physical space, more energetic space, or more mental space—it’s all going to support you in actualizing a deeply generative ringshout practice. Consider where in your life you want to experience more space:
How do you feel in your home space? Can you dance here? Do you feel inspired to write/draw/create/sing/make new things in this space?
Where do you capture your stories? How do you honor your words? Do you use journals, or a notes app on your phone? Do you have a clear and easily-accessible space to write when you need to? Do you love pens or prefer pencils? Are you into lines, or unlined, or something altogether different?
How do you want to document what comes up for you in the ringshout? Will you take pictures or film yourself dancing? Will you leave yourself voice notes after each practice?
How will you remember what is born from your ringshout? What are all the ways you want to make space for this exploration?
What nourishment rhythms support you in feeling most connected to your body? What herbs, teas, fruits, and other nutrients make you feel alive and well? How is your hydration? How are your eliminations? How can your body be as spacious as possible on the inside?
There are so many different ways to make space for our creations. The ringshout will aid you in creating more and more space for the cultivation of your starseeds. Sometimes we feel there’s too little space in our lives for pouring into what we most feel called to do. If this is where you are right now, be encouraged that you can still access so much from your practice AS YOU ARE RIGHT NOW! You are bountiful and magical as you are! The Starseed Communion will be a process for you to discover the infinite magic of your tiniest moments, your subtlest vibrations, your barely visible ideas as they emerge from your warm, liberated, and moving body. The space is here for you, and your ringshout will bring you into greater capacities to realize the fullness of the spaces within and around you.
Practice opportunity
Making Space
Prepare your living space, your body space, and your laboratory space for the ringshout.
Living Space
Throw away any clutter or take giveaways to the thrift store. Determine the most inspiring spaces for you to practice your dance: is it in your bedroom, or your backyard, or at the park, by the sea? Do you want to move with the sunrise, or when it’s dark and the house is asleep? Discover your optimal movement and creation settings, and prepare those spaces for this ringshout practice.
Body Space
Drink lots of water and eat foods that raise your vibration. Abstain from anything that makes you feel weighty, sluggish, or constipated. Observe the flow of your digestive rhythms, and use your movements and warming process to stay soft, fluid, and open in your body.
Laboratory Space
Gather your journals or other writing tools. Delete old files or open a new folder to store your writing and recordings. Experiment with the best camera angles, and determine if and when you want to capture your process with photo or film. Get your music playlists sorted out, and have an assortment of sonic libations ready at your fingertips for whenever you’re ready to move. Remember your Starseed Map? Post it up somewhere in your ringshout space so that you have visual echoes of all you’re calling forth. Add candles, flowers, bowls of water, altars, or anything else you feel will make your space most optimal for your ringshout practice.
