Starseed Communion: Embodied Initiations

Embodied Initiations is the first installation of Starseed Communion, a soft-time ringshout practice and discovery portal with Mother Mother. This process invites creators to engage the brilliance of their bodies in the activation of their dreams through the ancient-future magic of the ringshout.

Who is the Starseed Communion for?

The Starseed Communion is for creators who were born with eggs, ovaries, and wombs in their fertility centers, whether or not those wombs have birthed any children, whether or not those wombs still bleed, and whether or not those wombs have been removed for medical reasons.

The Starseed Communion is for creators wanting to develop more authentic, accessible, and generative relationships with their starseeds. This ringshout practice is intended to support creators with understanding the possible applications of their inherent body brilliance, and to offer resources for experimental practices that can transform and enrich one’s connection to their fertility superpowers.

The Starseed Communion is recommended for creators who are

• pouring more presence and labors into their dreams, creations, enterprises

• opening the way for future children they feel called to birth and mother

• discovering self-sourced, embodied healing modalities

• reclaiming agency in their bodies after intense kaleidoscopes

• exploring movement-centered, recovery practices for womb recalibration after a protostar birth (early transitioning birth)

What is a ringshout?

A ringshout is a reimagined portal of dream activation seeded by Mother Mother’s ancestral foremothers who were once enslaved on plantations in the American South, that takes the shape of a counterclockwise movement processional traveling through dimensions of time and space. Dancing the ringshout nourishes Mother Mother’s fertility consciousness and keeps her ever-present with her power as a creator. Moving in tandem with the Earth, the counterclockwise orbits that she makes in the space mirror the spin of the planet we call home.

What is a starseed?

A starseed is the physical and energetic matter of a future human being or future creation. It is the radiant life energy found within each egg that is preserved in a mother’s ovary, and from which all human life and all creations originate. A starseed is a newly forming being on its way to becoming human, or dream on its way to becoming realized in the world outside of your body.

• previous starseeds who transitioned early and who you want to celebrate and acknowledge

Starseed Communion: Embodied Initiations is an invitation to explore your body, its magic, its stories, its secrets, and its longings. Mother Mother trusts that every creator is best nourished through the sacred discovery labors of feeling into their body majesties for themselves and in their own time. She offers the flight experience to support creators in finding their optimal practice for applying the ringshout technologies in their daily lives. The flight includes these elements:

The Nebula: Preparing to Take Flight
The Nebula is an introductory portal to help creators prepare their bodies, minds, hearts, and practice laboratories for the flight. This is also where Mother Mother expands on the history, meaning, and afrofuturist possibilities of the ringshout technology in everyday life.

The Flight: A Ringshout
The Flight is composed of a series of thoughtfully crafted movement, writing, and creative explorations designed to build more intimacy and organic connection with one’s starseeds and body brilliance. Creators will experiment with variations of ringshouts, explore tools and resources for building a daily dance ritual, and apply multiple forms of story creation in their writing. Each day of the ringshout Mother Mother will deliver the collected practices to creators, offering an assortment of materials through video, audio, and text.

The Celebration: Starseed Communion & Story Circle
Following the flight, creators are invited to attend a collaborative-time (live) gathering with Mother Mother to share stories, revelations, and truths revealed during their personal flight journeys.

The Extended Portal
Creators are welcome to extend their flight by opting into the extended portal experience after the initiatory journey.

What do we mean by fertility?

Fertility is the power to create, to birth, to bring forth. Fertility is the energy of transformation and rebirth. As creators our fertility is sourced from the eggs in our ovaries, and it can take on many forms throughout our lives. There is infinite power that we can access, even after the physical matter of our wombs has evolved beyond its bleeding and childbearing cycles. Flight Schedule
Starseed Communion: Embodied Initiations happens in soft-time and is fully yours to shape. This experience is an entirely do-in-your-own-time, follow-your-own-vibe format. Each day of the flight, Mother Mother will send a collection of invitations and offerings that feature a movement practice, a writing practice, and a special creativity prompt. Creators are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take part in the pieces of the journey that most resonate with them and their Yes.

Flight Archive
Our daily flights will be archived in the Starseed Communion soft-time practice portal. Creators can revisit any part of the flight throughout the journey.

Flight Fee
The initiatory journey is open access to creators who feel the Yes. This means there is no square currency requirement (fee) to participate in the Starseed Communion. Extended access to the Starseed Communion portal is available to creators who purchase an extension to the portal and to creators who request sistership-funded access to the extended portal.

In Mother Alice Dreams you are invited to listen for gentle progressions of energy, tempo, and depth that support a soft and gradual expansion into breath and movement. In this sound study Spiral Booty Ma (formerly known as DJ Mother Mother Be) pieces together 6 of Alice Coltrane’s works, in their entirety and without editing or mixing on top of her compositions. This sound study is an experiment in sonic storytelling through flow. Where does each piece begin? Where does it take us? What does the journey bring to light about ourselves? Whether listening to Mother Alice Dreams while writing, or lying on your bed and breathing into your womb, or swirling through the open space of your room, the music is an offering for deepening presence, healing, and visioning within your sacred creation labors.
