Up Down All Around is an experiment and a creation in progress. It’s a short audio invitation to move your body, connect with your breath, and warm up your circulation. I am developing some soft-time offerings for gentle wake-up dances and prompts for people who want to move their bodies but might not always feel like dancing or feel like they know where to begin. The Daily Dancer is a monthly soft-time invitation to support creators in activating a personal, daily dance rhythm that fits their lives. Each month Mother Mother welcomes visiting dancers into her extensive, 20+ years archival library to engage with materials, resources and inspirations towards building a daily dance practice. Dancing everyday, in rhythms that are authentic and generative for who we are as mothers and creators, enhances the applications of fertility radiance and creative superpowers in our lives.
